Yours Doesn't
Everyone already has a picture of pure water in their head — and it is not their water. The gap between those two pictures is the product.

The problem
Hard water is invisible. You cannot see calcium. There is no moment of failure, no leak, no alarm — just a slow tax paid in spotted glasses, dead water heaters, stiff laundry and dry skin, spread across years so thinly that nobody connects the symptoms to a cause. The category's response has been to explain. Cutaway diagrams of scaled pipe. Parts-per-million charts. All of it correct, none of it felt — you cannot frighten someone with a number describing a thing they have never seen.
The insight
Ask anyone to imagine clean water and they produce the same image: somewhere cold and green and untouched. Iceland, a Scottish glen, meltwater over black rock. It is a fantasy the bottled-water industry spent forty years installing. Nobody has an image of what comes out of their own shower.
The idea
Sell the fantasy completely straight for seven seconds. Then cut to the sound of a squeegee dragging across scaled glass.
